Old Fart

Started weight training for the second time after about a 12 year total layoff. Back into it for 19 months as of December 2012. I'm big on the deadlift,squat and bench right now so I have a solid base. Making good progress and I'm not in any way holding back because of my age. (58)

Getting bigger and stronger.
