I'm in my early 30's 5'10" 210 and work out 4-5 days a week weight train and 15-20 min of cardio but body fat has been at 25% for about a year its getting pretty discouraging I'm not going to lie my diet is not up to par but would like to get down to 13-15% so I can start my first cycle of test...

I would'nt even know where to start where to get, test, tren, dbol,winny, anavar, injections, orals, how much to track pct's etc... ph simplicity pop a pill liver and pct.
grat I tried for about six weeks doing all cardio and core felt great but started losing (muscle)size and my weight was pretty much the same but my 36" pants got super tight started to wear 38's no belt. diet was not on point tho
