    Cycle is going great. Today is first Clen Off day, replaced with adderall. Will switch back to Clen after 6 days. Eating is down a little from what was posted originally, I just can't eat as often as I was- so cal intake is even lower, but same healthy foods.

    Thx for the good wishes. No I don't have high BP issues, and yes I just had a physical done including a full blood panel. Other than having a big tire around my waist, I'm healthy as a race horse. Cholesterol, Triglycerides, WBCs, RBCs, TSH, everything in a very healthy range.

    It's probably not in the eyes of most... But I've done it this way in the past without issue. As far as how much comes off daily- I'll only check every ten days or so or else I dwell on it.

    Thanks for chiming in! I definitely have plans to increase my cardio time... It's already a bit more than I've shown, as I'm only listing time put in at the gym, and I often take a separate jog at some point each day.
