me too i eat any and every thing infront of me rather im training or not but dont seem to get pass 195 or 200 it seems like i need the most fat and garbage to get any energy
im kind of in the same boat as dan but i keep running into financial issues after i start a cycle which has only been test except for a few years ago when i did some eq but anyway ive never realy had any issues with not running pct well not that i was aware of that is but now im gettin scared...
