Werd, is from an Old Ice-T song. Its slang for agreeing, or acknowledging something, like saying Yes, or YUP or nodding head in agreement. I dont remember which song he sang it in one but here is an example. Guy 1: Dude, that chicks ass is tight. Guy 2: WERD.
