    I have only pinned twice so far, Glutes and Quad, no pain in either. Did it nice and slow.

    Need advice on best cycle. Not sure if a Test cycle would get what i am looking for. I am 5'9 191lbs 34 yrs old. Workout 5 days a week plus 3 nights of softball. Diet is so so. Don't really want to bulk up, looking to lose BF and gain strength. Thanks!
