i have test 250 also and all the post cycle therapy (pct) i should need just wanted to know y not to run it cuz my twin bro did just deca and had great gains and no sides but from what i read it's bad y p.s should i just run test at 500 and deca at 400 a week

Ive been doing some research and every one says that i should run deca with test. Im wanting to run just deca 400 is that a bad idea? Ive read some threads and seen people say not to but not why. Any feedback helps
