Did it once. Joints felt great. Gained strenght. Want advice on fine tuning. More or less test and deca? Add anything else? pct? Or better off doing what I'm doing now, 200 test a week?
I did 150 deca 400 cyp. 1mg arimidex every other day. Nothing else. Knees and shoulders felt great. No pct other than dropping back to 200 cyp per week.
55yo 6'6" been strength training 11 months. Using 200mg cypionate once per week for TRT.
Would like to do a test cyp, deca cycle.
How much test?
How much deca?
Use hcg?
Good pct?
When I come off, do I go back to 200 per week?
Any advice would be great.
