I put a cup of oats in my shaker cup then cover it with skim milk an protein powder. then i eat it just like a cold cereal. that works good when im on the run or at work.
what the best advise for doing a prop / tren e cycle then? i know that the E is long ester and the prop is not but im already pinning eod with the prop ? why not spread the 300 mgs out in those pins per week ? any and all advise will help! thanks guys.
Im on week 9 of a cycle of test prop and tren and im loving it!!! Im Losing bf and gaing nice lean, quality muscle. besides the night sweats , its an awesome cycle. about week 4 my strength and size started going up and hasnt stopped yet! lol! Heres my cycle:

Yeah im on a test prop / tren cycle right now and i swear i wake up every night around 3 am to change my sheets and pillow cases and to take a shower. talkin bout sum sweating ...WOW!
