Just wanted to update my status with the cycle. Turns out I ended up increasing LBM by 15% and decreased bf by 6%. I must admit that my diet was not very clean the last couple of weeks as I wasn't hitting my macros and was missing essential fats. This led to some bingeing on nasty food...
I think you would benefit more from 12-16 of the Sustanon (sust) at 500mg/wk. 10 weeks is just too short. It takes a couple of weeks for the Sustanon (sust) to really kick in and by then you'd be nearly half way through your cycle. I also like to run the tren for 12 weeks. Again, you'll see...
^^^Agree with the steady dose. I like the Sustanon (sust) at 500mg and my tren at 400mg. But do some searches, you'll see some people like test higher than tren and others who like tren higher than test.
You might have noticed some insomnia and night sweats. Definitely happens to me. And your aggression might be through the roof here real soon. I feel like a damn werewolf when I'm tren.

I use straight arginine and bcaa powders. Don't really need anything though but give it a shot and see how it works. Everyone reacts differently while on cycle.
I don't see a problem with 3mls in the glute. I think the quad would handle this load better though. At the peak of one of my cycles of test and deca I shot 3mls of deca in my left quad and 4mls of test in my right quad. Had no problem with this either.

I only pin Sustanon (sust) twice a week. The prop's half life will last 4 days max. Thus, monday/thursday is ok when pinning Sustanon (sust). Of course you can always pin 3 times a week but it's not necessary.
Never had this problem as I've done as Truushot said. Inject a little bit slower and let the pin hang in there for about 20-30 seconds and you shouldn't have this problem. You can also try using the Z-track method. Let us know if you're still having this problem.
It was recommended to me to add some masteron at the end of my cycle to go ahead and dry me out and give me that lean and hard, vascular, thin skinned look. I've run mast before and loved it, but I've never run it with tren. Anybody have any recommendations on this?
UPDATE - I'm now at the end of week 6 of my cycle. I noticed that the tren was killing my libido even at the very minimal dose of 200mg/week so I started taking some Nolvadex @ 20mg/day and everything is good now.
