i fluctuate between 188-192 ish.... what should i be weighing and i just measured myself im 6'1
i dont work legs nearly as much as i should... maybe once a month lol -_- but since iv moved iv been hitting legs as often as chest... that will help me get my weight up right?
i know it gets addicting and its never is enough but idk i wanna try n keep myself looking..... Modest? and not carried away. if that makes sense..

i don't want to ever get over 200. i kinda go for Cut and jacked not overly juiced up, if you know what i mean?
i wouldn't mind being 195 cut n clean but idk im finding it hard to put on weight n size lately.. feel like i'm stuck on a plateau
