    I'm a big coffee drinker. I started drinking coffee at a very young age. Some days I'll sometimes have 3 or 4 regular cups off coffee w/ skim milk in the morning back to back and from the afternoon till about 8 I'll have have 2-5 espressos spaced out. Am I over doing it?

    In the winter I usually cover up with a hooded sweatshirt and workout pants. Summer time shorts and a t-shirt.

    It's been a Long time. Thinking about this as my next cycle.
