Just skull to repair a birth defect. Had it once but it went wrong and developed a life threatening infection which I was on IV antibiotics for over a year/daily.
I will be having surgery on my head in the next coming months. Been working out off and on for years now. My question is how long after surgery can you use AAS? Does AAS help bone growth as well as healing? Once I come off the pain medication, when would it be ideal to get on it again?
I like to workout late at night when no one is at the gym, usually around 10-10:30 depends when I get off work. My question is, can the smith machine be less beneficial that then free weights for bench, shoulder press, shrugs?
