    the time between cycles

    pct is a must in my opinion. but my usual rule for time off would be the same as time on e.g 10wks on cycle = 10wks off cycle but as the guys said get bloods checked better safe than sorry.

    how can I bring my appetite up?

    Try doing 15 mins of low intensity cardio after a workout 3 times a week and on them days your appetite may increase i tried this worked wonders but everybodys different!
