I know I need more sust but this is all I have and can not get more. So I'm looking for a way to make this work with what I've got.

My first cycle was 500mg sust 8 weeks.

I have 10 amps of sust and 50 50mg caps of Winstrol (winny). How should I go about stacking the two? I'm an athlete so not trying to get bulky just want some added stregth. I'm 6'6" 235 15%bf and this is my second cycle.
