    help creating a fat loss cycle?

    new here, haven't been on a forum in a long time!

    Looking for advice on cycles, psychological impacts, hmm, any transgender help, but I think that's a separate issue lol. I think it's my quads, I'd really just need to work on that tear drop and while cutting belly fat. Lifting for about 5 years now, wasting money on supplements.
