It's hard to give a recommendation without knowing your goals. For example, someone who was cutting vs. bulking would have different protocol and training regimes.
Personally, while bulking (whether on or off cycle) I keep the cardio activities at next to nothing while eating roughly 300-500...
I have the exact same problem, terrible cramping to the point I can't walk more than a few blocks. The worst was I ran tren, literally more than a couple blocks and I would have to find a random place to rest due to the pumps in my frontal shin area.
On test alone I find roughly 3 weeks post...
I think it depends on the person. Tom Hardy in the movie Warrior for example has massive traps and I don't think it takes away from his frame. If anything it's the first thing you notice and IMO looks solid
