I have always cut with diet
my current goal is to gain up to 185lbs with 12% or lower fat until cycle
during cycle go up to 205-210 pounds with 12% or less fat and then cut for competition to 6-8% body fat
I know diet is key
but what can also add benefits with diet
I have recently finished my 2nd cycle
age 25
weight 180 pounds
height 5'11"
I would gain more till next cycle
I am planning for next cycle in August
wk 1-6 dbol 50mg/day
wk 1-22 test e 500mg/week
wk 1-15 deca 500mg/week
wk 17-22 Cutting steroid 100mg/eod
