And I forgot to add in I drink 2-3 cups of milk to get my extra calories in because I have a hard time getting down enough calories but that was already factored into my end totals
24 6'2 185 but I wasn't able to train for about 4 months cause of an outside injury I was up around 205-207 @12% bf so I set my calories a little higher thinking the size should come back relatively quickly in the begining

If I were you I wouldn't lift at 80-90% max I would do higher reps (8-12) and keep the rest intervals between 30-45seconds... will burn more calories than just lifting heavy
Does anyone else feel their metabolism is much faster on test? I already have a very fast metabolism so I have to shove tons of food down just to put on any size but when I was on cycle I was doing even more than usual between 4,500-6,000 calories every day but not putting on fat or as much...
I would also have to go with no not at that dosage but anything is possible... I would give it one more week and if nothing changes just try doing .25e3d or something else to lower the dosage slightly
