the time of the test was around 5pm . i went in thinking he would make an appointment for the next morning for a blood test but to my surprise he did it right then and there. so i had been awake for awhile .woke up around 10 am.

other information i guess i should add, 28, 5 ft 11 and 89kgs. not sure on body fat but i would guess around 20% . when i did my cycle i was 105kgs at the end before pct and around 20% body fat and arms were over an inch and a half bigger then they are now
