Hi there I'm 3 weeks into my 2nd cycle I'm 20 years old, 6,1 started at 191lbs at around 13%bf. My cycle is dbol 25mgs week 1-5. Sust 600mgs a week1-14 deca 275mgs a week1-12. I also have my pct soted, my question is should I up my carbs from about 80 grams a day to around 250grams or even more...

10.30: 35g protein shake right after the gym
12.10: 200g of plain lean chicken with white rice and sweet potato's, vedge,
15.00: 1 and half cups of skimmed milk( while im working)...
