My bad. I'm seeing what you mean now. I read through them and didn't pick up on blasting and cruising. So of the goals for research were to lose fat and gain muscle that isn't anxiety triggering what should I read? And where do you find quality research sources?
How would you do this beginner cycle if you are on trt and having to go back to it? And where can you safely discuss/ask about sources? I'm humbly unsure what to do or how to ask things.
What recommendations or key things would you say for people on trt (primary) who want to run a cycle? Like how do you do pct for that and what do you take?
