I'm from Australia, so we don't have the optionof choosing sensitive test, but I think all ours are sensitive anyways.

My last blood test, which was at trough (morning of evening injection), was 806 ng/dl. It still doesn't make sense to me how the peak is so high.

So, I'm like super paranoid now. I cut back the anastrazole dose to .25 2x/week. I took my first .25 on Friday ( 2 days ago), 24 hours after my shot. Now, I have some pain in my right nipple, and am really worried. Is there even a chance that cutting the dose has had an effect THAT QUICK?

Most recent E2 bloods came back at 40 pmol/l with ref range of 40-160. I've jsut had some more done and awaiting results. Should I wait, or start the tamox?
