    i just ordered bronkaid and caffeine tabs .. a friend told me i should start out with 1 dose daily then proceed as i feel comfy to 3 x daily ..is it safe to take 75 mg bronkaid and 600 mg cafeine a day ? and what can i expect as far as weight loss ? i am doing protein bars /shake replacement n...
