calories are 6200. this is just an approximation, sometimes i do not finish and sometimes i eat more in between meals and different foods but i try to keep it like this most of the time.
I recently finished a bulking cycle and realized i don‘t want to be 16% in bodyfat. I want to be under 10% around 8-10% all year round. So i am wondering if you can help me with modyfying this program into a cutting program which will get me to less than 10% bodyfat and from there to keep it...
