Ok so was having a joyful time bulking up with winter coming up however an unexpected trip to thailand has been booked for new years so gotta cut back down so jumping on a cutting cycle. My tdee is 3k, i train 3x a week full body with LISS 4-5x a week throwing in the occasional HIIT session...
