there is no need to shuffle between test e and c, they're practically the same, maybe if you swap one out with test p to kick start sure, but it seems pointless to mix test e and c together, in my opinion theres no need to taper dbol, run a flat dosage of like 30-40mg if u had good results with...
this might just be me but i think creatine is junk, if you eat things like steak, you get more then enough creatine as is, plus if you're use to taking it, it wont have nearly the same affectas someone whose never taken creatine
