I've heard several conflicting ideas for Ostarine in a PCT protocol. On one side people are against it because of suppression at a certain dose. On the other side people say at a low dose (25mg) & under 4 weeks in PCT, its fine and can actual help you recover and grow. Thoughts?

I'm running EQ and test cyp for this cycle. My question is when would I start pct after this? I'm going to run it the full 16 weeks but as EQ has a long Ester should I wait 3 weeks after week 16? Or stop the EQ at 16 and continue the test (Cypionate) for an extra couple weeks or stop them both...
