Biotest Low Carb Grow gets my vote, though it can be a bit sweet (and expensive). I add unsweetened cocoa powder or instant coffee to my vanilla Grow. Damn good. NitroWhey Choc. tastes pretty decent too.

I've been on Avodart .5 mg per day for about 5 months and can't say that I've seen any improvement. But, as has been said, it can take quite a while to see results. In fact both dutasteride and finasteride can, in some cases, even cause an initial increase in shedding. I can't say about a max...
