you want to make sure your ba/bb and powder is fully dissolved before adding the GSO. heating the gso wont really sterilize it, thats what filtering is for. however, i always heat the GSO up so that when i mix with the solvents there isnt a big change in temp. i let it cool slightly but still...

I just use the online tool at Avery.com. You can pick your label size and then design it how you want. With a little practice you can come up with some pretty cool stuff.
