I wanted to ask for some advice.
Since test e kicks in only after a few weeks, is there any point increasing caloric and protein intake right now?
My TDEE is approximately 2,800 calories.
The cycle I intend to do is 500mg/week of test e.
All constructive responses are greatly appreciated.
