It is useful on a cut, however, not very cost effective. The most beneficial doses range from 8-14 grams a day. Isomers are of importance here too. Most people won't shell out that kind of scratch, so I won't bother getting into all of that. Pick up some bulk sesamin, you be happier.

I like 3 a day, everyday. 2 Bottles + 50 days. Just perfect to stack with a 50 day X-Factor run. ;) None the less, good luck. You'll have fun. Don't expect super compostion changes, but you might want to keep a female handy! :D

Yes it is a STEROID. If you are asking this many questions, then you are not ready for it. Do some research, and then do some more. There is a lot of info out ther on this DS(designer Steroid).

There are some GREAT supplements out there. That being said, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING, takes the place of a commitment to a solid diet and training program. Period.
