i just use regular ALA.
ala doesn't cancel out carbohydrates... it helps regulate blood sugar. soooo it's still all about a good diet.
and actually... poor man's ALA (it's better than ala) is a shot of a Tbsp of apple cider vinegar and a Tbsp of lemon juice. :)
test isn't for first timers... and your girlfriend frankly hasn't been training long enough to see results on her own with proper diet and training.
what is her diet and training like? we can tweak if she wants to come on here for help.
think of it this way: would you do a cycle to get bigger if you were 33% bodyfat? that's only going to hurt her head more being bigger but not leaner BESIDES the fact that her diet isn't in check and she might not see the gains she should. AND i don't think women should try Anabolic...
heh... it's true! i do the minimum cardio i have to. when i stall and all the diet tweaks have been exhausted, THEN i increase the HIIT in my schedule.
also NEVER drop cals if you stall. there are often ways around it...
that reminds me - add baby spinach and organic spring mixed greens to my list.
ducky - why are you torturing yourself like this? you should be adding fat and WAAAY more cals into what you're doing or you're going to hurt yourself.
