I finally got update notifications just before, it seems that is is in the customs clearance process at this time, perhaps lots of lag time due to holiday season.
Once it leaves the states it may not get scanned or show any updates. Also due to the time of year customs is taking longer to clear packages through and can technically sit on a box for up to 60 days before having to automatically release it.
