He turned into a scammer after he got ripped off big in November by someone who he had trusted. He then went "private" and started ripping off new customers because he had such a good reputation on another website. Then when he started getting low on product, he started selling total garbage...

Could you tell me what you think about the one on the right? There is some sort of residue on the inside of that one. The one on the right seems fine. Should I be worried about what is on the inside of that one vial?
