Does trt cause high blood pressure? By the way or can it cause high blood pressure?

26 .. Third cycle.. Trying to gain lean muscle mass.. 6 foot 1 220 17% bf.

I'm thinking 12 week cycle.. Test E 600mg a week ..... Weeks1-12 Test prop. 100mg EOD for week.1-6 Should I shoot 600mg of test E and 100mg of test Prop EOD so a total of 1000mg of test a week. For the first 6 weeks.. Is that safe?

I read that I should get blood donated on trt because of redblood cell. Should I tell the people that I'm donating to that I'm on trt? Can I even give my blood?
