Not that it matters - but I thought it meant "Cyclical" Ketogenic Diet - because you are cycling the carbs?!
In any event, I enjoy the carb-up periods because I can blast through the next few days of workouts with intense energy!
Hmmm...strange. I am at a loss here, bro. The only related side I've heard about with deca is mild naseau. And with it's propensity for increased nitrogen retention - you already know - you have to be eating for it to do it's thing. Dose seems reasonable...
I'd say this isn't...
Just my humble opinion - but the ephedra free versions are more or less useless for thermogenesis.
You can easily buy ephedrine hcl in Canada (sold in 8mg tabs and labelled as a nasal decongestant - it's perfectly legal). You won't find it in major chain stores (i.e., GNC, etc.,) but smaller...

I will re-iterate that people with higher BF% generally require longer...
I don't run CKD but I will often adjust the duration between refeed days based on my BF% (in light of the fact that leptin levels are correlated with one's percentage of BF).
I didn't even know there was a link there...sorry I can't help you out. I've never tried Beta 3.
I got the article from the Syntrax site because they used to make Adipokinetix - one of the original N/Y/C stacks....no longer being made by them.
