It is my understanding that my BMI is too high to effectively run a cycle with maximum benefit. I have never run a cycle before in any case. I just want to pin a small amount of test to see if helps with my mood and for the experience when I get to the point where I can run a cycle.
Intramuscular. I lift as well but I am more focused on getting my bmi down to a susceptible level. I am not good at dieting and lifting heavy so I have just been focuses on the diet and I feel so drained and unmotivated when I run and lift easy.
