I would imagine we all have a different idea of quality muscle I like the sound of a harder more compact muscle. My problem is I already have the E.Q but just wanted to find out more before I started the course.

and it sounds like Eq gives you a slower gain yet a more quality harder muscle

the reason being there is that i have already got the EQ.
