InclineBench 4 sets
DeclineBench 4 sets
InclineDumbellPress 4 sets
Flys 4 sets
Tuesday-Back
Deadlift 3 sets
Barbell rows 3 sets
Tbar.rows 3 sets
Latpulldown 4 sets
SeatedRows 4 sets...
Yeah bodybuilders today can't even do the vacuum. They have distended stomachs which makes it so they can't even suck in. Totally unnatural. Levrone looks great though.

Were you not wearing a good weight lifting belt? Form is everything when deadlifting, as soon as you try to cheat the movement you'll increase your chances of getting hurt. I deadlift 455lbs every other week with no problems. It's all about form.
