My history involving weight lifting began at 15. Like every other teenager I trained chest and arms and then repeat haha. At 18 an experienced bodybuilder introduced me to a proper way of bodybuilding and I've been hooked since.
The last 3 years I've been taking my training very seriously along with my nutritional habits and good supplementation to produce an ideal anabolic environment.
To date I have ran 4 cycles of testosterone and dbol. Each cycle was run at different dosages to find out how my body would respond under the unqiue circumstances.
My short term goal is to compete in my first regional bodybuilding show. Long term- I'de like to win a national show and then help others achieve their goals.
Any advise or tips or anything at all is greatly appreciated
