PREWORKOUT. whey shake 350ml...

1st cycle was test prop 100 1ml eod for 8 weeks i ran clomid for pct but lost my gains, didn't do research and was a stupid thing to do.
yeah that was what i was thinking or thinking to lower the dose???????????????
