Can anyone give me some advice on the right way to add more test into the mix? Because let's be honest I have low t so this 220mg is just maintaining my test at normal levels. The amount I'm getting weekly is not going to get me where I want to be.

Yeah I'm over 1500 as well, yes they measure total and free. I can't remember what my free t was. And I definitely feel alot better since they've raised the dose and the ai to get my estrogen in check.

Unfortunately I dont get the option to do that. It's administered at the clinic.

Just once a week. But now that I'm in this "phase"of the TRT clinic. I won't be getting labs done except maybe once or twice a year. So I'm wanting to supplement my TRT test with a ugl source of test. So a blast and cruise I guess you'd say.

I was at 180mg a week. And it was a week from the last shot. They took blood and then gave me my normal shot. He could tell I wasn't to happy with results etc. So he put me on the adex and bumped it up to 220mg a week.

No I'm just on the 200mg but I'm wanting to add more to the mix.
