    I think "Quit being a pussy." And then I stop being a pussy. Consistency is more important than intensity, in my opinion. It's better to hit the gym and go through the motions, maybe only hit your main exercise, than it is to skip a workout because you're not feeling it.

    If you're looking to "trick" your doc, then yes, don't do post cycle therapy (pct) and have blood work done 2-3 weeks after ending your cycle.
