Yeah from what I've heard the placebo can be pretty intense, especially for a first cycle.
Some people say that when the gear kicks in they can feel it throughout the day, some only feel it at the gym. I find that interesting. We all react differently sometimes.
I thought I would introduce this question for those of us who aren't on a cycle, or are about to begin one. I would, and I'm sure some others would like to know your personal experience with it. I find that sometimes the basic pros and sides aren't enough description of the actual experience...
Sounds good ill wait a week for the Aromasin. That cardio plan sounds good, i can manage that much easy. I'm just hopping that my bf% drops a bit, i don't wanna bloat but oh well I'll take what I can get. Just gonna train hard, and eat big.

Do you guys know how long I should wait after injecting to hit the gym? Should I avoid legs on injection days?
Also should I begin my Aromasin the first day of my cycle, or wait a week or two?
I really appreciate that advice, I'll definatley be paying attention to my macro's. If I even get close to those gains/bf loss I'll be ecstatic! I think my daily calories number is about 2700. Does that sound right? I used an online BMI calculator
I searched the forum as best I could for some more information on proper injecting technique. I found some links to websites of diagrams and explanations, but I found that watching the procedure first hand through a video was much more effective.
