wow acne is flaring up everywhere now since starting sust. blood test results for testosterone was: 52 nmol/L and Free test was 0 which confused the doctors

Its a mixed bag of responses you will get. The way I see it is that if you eat the right macros for building muscle and take the right amount of rest and train at the correct intensity within the correct rep range and supplement correctly your going to build muscle guaranteed. there aint no...
