Anyone have trouble with insurance covering HCG? My Rx insurance won't cover it because they don't cover "fertility" drugs. I've tried appealing it and they said there aren't any exceptions. I now have to appeal to my medical side of the insurance and see if they will cover it.
I'm having issues finding and being approved for HCG. My plan excludes fertility drugs, so my doctor has to appeal to the insurance and state that I'm taking it for low t and not fertility issues.
I paid $30 for 10ml 200mg test cyp and 10 23g needles with syringes. Not sure if this is on part what everyone else pays, but I think it's pretty good. Do yall take HCG too? If so, how much is that with your insurance?

Sorry, I should have clarified that beforehand. These results were before I was prescribed the testosterone. I took three blood tests in total for two doctors. I don't have a copy of the results of the third one. On a side note. Does Maximus treat someone my age?
I'm 24 and just been diagnosed with low t. I think my doc is pretty inexperienced when it comes to someone my age and low t. He didn't explain what any of these are and what they mean. Maybe you could shed some light or help me. I'm on 200mg test cyp every two weeks. No HCG
