My last competition will be next weekend. After that I'm going to focus on dieting. I figured those next few months I could do more of a lean bulk cycle.
I'm 31, I feel like once I hit 30 my body said nope you are gonna recover like shit. I'm gonna take some time off from training after ADCC trails because I'll be doing more traveling for work.i figured that would be a good time to focus on leaning out and have a better recover time frame.
My walk around weight is 170 I'll compete anywhere from 170-155 in adult.

Apologize for not explaining better. I don't want to take anything that will effect those things too much. I would like to gain strength without putting on too much size(because of weight cuts), I wanna recovery faster and use lean out much to make it easier for weight cuts.
