So if I was to wait two months to bring test levels on its own without the meds, and if they don't reach near 300, should i start pct then? Also when training should i just train high reps low weight or i can inlcude some strength training as well even though i am have low test levels

So, 2 weeks into the cycle of S-4 and Osta my rats feel gooood. Increases in strength are noticeable and some muscle hardness. My question now is, since my rats are so lean and want to build some muscle should i add LGD-4033 into this cycle or is it too late already?

Do any of this sarms hold water? I don't seem to lose any weight even though i am on a strict diet of 1750 calories a day. I do feel my strength is going up but i do get some crazy pumps where i cannot finish my reps. Is this normal?
