General consensus is 0.5-1lb a week if everything is done right. which is roughly 1.8-3.6 stone a year. 0.5lb is probably the most realistic figure and even that will only come with serious dedication

cheers guys. It may not look like much but it equates to a gain of around 25kg over 3 years which im fairly happy with. Granted some is fat and water. Need to up the diet significantly but as a uni student money is always a massive issue. just gotta keep going

Good choice to stop, you are very young to be doing a cycle. At your age you still have massive potential to gain muscle. Eat a lot of high quailty food sources and train hard. Put on at least 40lbs of muscle before you even think about a cycle. As for the post cycle therapy (pct) i personally...

Maybe ill hunt for a whey i can handle. My problem is im a student and hence money is always tight. Three shakes a day isnt ideal but its better than nothing. I cleatrly need to up my food intake. gonna get some egg whites in and a few other goodies. Think i need to stop wasting money on other...
Yeah i think i should maybe switch to twice a week, i dont want to mess it up though. I was advised that once a week would be fine by my gym owner who also happens to be an experienced bodybuilder but that doesn't mean he is right
