    General consensus is 0.5-1lb a week if everything is done right. which is roughly 1.8-3.6 stone a year. 0.5lb is probably the most realistic figure and even that will only come with serious dedication Quoted the wrong post. Sorry 3J

    cheers guys. It may not look like much but it equates to a gain of around 25kg over 3 years which im fairly happy with. Granted some is fat and water. Need to up the diet significantly but as a uni student money is always a massive issue. just gotta keep going

    Good choice to stop, you are very young to be doing a cycle. At your age you still have massive potential to gain muscle. Eat a lot of high quailty food sources and train hard.     Maybe ill hunt for a whey i can handle. My problem is im a student and hence money is always tight. Three shakes a day isnt ideal but its better than nothing.     Yeah i think i should maybe switch to twice a week, i dont want to mess it up though. I was advised that once a week would be fine by my gym owner who also happens to be an experienced bodybuilder but that doesn't mean he is right
